Win Tix For The Wombats At Webster Hall On April 26

Irreverent Liverpool trio The Wombats might not always dance to Joy Division, but they do put on a fun show. The band returns to the States, still supporting their 2011 sophomore album This Modern Glitch, a big hit back in the UK. The Alternate Side is giving away tickets to see the group at Webster Hall on April 26; The Static Jacks support.

Glastonbury Festival Blog 2011: The Wombats

Liverpool's kinetic and boisterous The Wombats played (and survived) their fourth Glastonbury Festival last weekend and TAS asked frontman Matthew Murphy and drummer Dan Haggis if they'd blog about their seasoned Glasto experience - and offer up some advice for any bands contemplating a Worthy Farm visit for Glastonbury 2013 (the festival is on hiatus next summer). The Wombats' second album, The Wombats Proudly Present: This Modern Glitch, is out now.
