Glastonbury Festival Blog 2011: Treetop Flyers (Part Two)

A wide range of bands and artists debut at the Glastonbury Festival each year - count Paul Simon and Beyoncé in that group for 2011 -  but for folk rockers Treetop Flyers, this weekend's big show on the Other Stage was a thrill. The London quintet won Glastonbury's prestigious Emerging Talent competition this year and have spent three days wading through mud and having the time of their lives on Worthy Farm. TAS asked Treetop Flyers' Matthew Starritt and Tomer Danan if they'd blog about the band's memorable Glasto experience.

Glastonbury Festival Blog 2011: Treetop Flyers (Part One)

Many bands make their debut at the Glastonbury Festival each year, but for folk rockers Treetop Flyers, today's show, June 25, on the Other Stage was especially sweet. The London quintet won Glastonbury's prestigious Emerging Talent competition this year and have spent the last couple of days wading through mud and having the time of their life on Worthy Farm, leading up to today's Other Stage gig around noon where they were sandwiched between Alice Gold and Twilight Singers. TAS asked Treetop Flyers' Matthew Starritt if he'd blog about the band's remarkable Glasto adventure.
