Regina Spektor Returns With New Album, New Track, Tour Dates

Willowy chanteuse Regina Spektor is back for a late spring release of her new album, What We Saw From The Cheap Seats, on May 29 via Sire/Warner. A first glimpse into the album, "All The Rowboats," is available digitally and she's also lined up dates touring with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers this April.
