Pulp Releases New Version Of 'After You,' Produced By James Murphy

Pulp had a stellar Christmas gift for fans this week when the band released a new studio recording of the song "After You," produced by LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy.  Originally a demo for 2001's We Love Life, the new Pulp release was recorded and mixed over November and December. Pulp Adds More Dates, Including New York And San Francisco Shows

The reunited, original lineup of Pulp, which toured throughout the UK, Europe and Australia for much of 2011, had already set Stateside stops at two weekends of Coachella, but have added dates in New York and San Francisco in April.  Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 27.

Radiohead, Pulp, Bon Iver, At The Drive-In And More Tapped For Coachella 2012

Coachella garnered some grumbles when it was announced the festival would stretch over two weekends, but today's Facebook  announcement of a strong lineup of Radiohead, Pulp, Bon Iver, the reunited At The Drive-In, The Black Keys, M83, Dr. Dre with Snoop Dogg, Florence and the Machine, The Shins, M83 and many more should appease fans. Pulp Returns For First Show, Primavera Sound This Weekend

Britpop's wry and whip-smart Pulp, who went on an indefinite hiatus eight years ago, have announced plans to reunite for concert  gigs in 2011 including Barcelona's Primavera Sounds and London's Wireless Festival. Expect 1995's Different Class lineup. Might Coachella and Glastonbury be on their itinerary?
