Animal Collective And Morrissey Postpone And Cancel North American Tours

Health problems have been plaguing both Morrissey, who cancelled his North American tour on Friday, and Animal Collective, which has pulled the plug on all of its North American dates this month due to Avey Tare's ongoing vocal issues following a bout with strep throat.

Morrissey Set For A Lengthy North American Tour

Morrissey Monday on The Alternate Side might temporarily be a Morrissey Wednesday on October 10 when the ornery Mancunian plays Radio City Music Hall, one date on the singer's 33-city North American tour this fall. Lucky Moz fans in Los Angeles will also be treated to a special appeance by Iggy and the Stooges for the November 24 show at the Staples Center.

The singer is rushed to the hospital after collapsing tonight during his first song at a concert in Swindon, UK. On Sunday, he was discharged after staying overnight.
