Newport Folk Festival Live Coverage On TAS' Sister Station WFUV And NPR Music

The Alternate Side's sister station 90.7 WFUV and NPR Music will be broadcasting live from the sold-out Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island this weekend, July 30-31, from 12 noon to 8 p.m. EDT. In a video announcement made this morning by Conan O'Brien for the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Arcade Fire, Eminem, Widespread Panic, Buffalo Springfield, The Black Keys, My Morning Jacket, Robert Plant & Band of Joy, Lil Wayne, The Decemberists, Florence and The Machine and more will be descending on Manchester, Tennessee from June 9-12.
