The Alternate Side and WFUV team is in Austin, Texas this week for the SXSW Music Festival for four non-stop days of bands, burritos and a serious lack of sleep. Festival coverage on both stations (plus NPR Music programming) begins on Thursday, March 17 with broadcasts of performances from Bright Eyes, The Antlers, Smith Westerns, The Joy Formidable, Yuck, Raphael Saadiq, James Blake, Wild Flag, Middle Brother, Emmylou Harris and many more.
