Apple Expected To Announce iTunes Deal With The Beatles And EMI

Mysteriously announcing that "tomorrow is just another day that you'll never forget," Apple will make a global announcement today, November 16, at 10 a.m. EST that is expected to make fans of the Fab Four very happy. According to The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, heavy speculation leans to Apple striking a deal with The Beatles and their record label EMI Group Ltd., enabling the band's catalog to be available on iTunes for the first time.

Of Montreal ventured into the Bronx last week to perform a few tunes in our studio at The Alternate Side. The band was in the five boroughs last week performing a sold-out mini-residency at Music Hall of Williamsburg.
