Atoms For Peace Set A Fall U.S. Tour

Atoms For Peace will be coming to the States, but not until autumn. The band — Thom Yorke, Flea, Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refusco — will tour the U.S. beginning on September 24 in Philadelphia, with a show slated at New York's Barclays Center on September 27. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, March 21.

Thom Yorke, who releases Amok with his Atoms For Peace bandmates on February 25 (February 26 in the States), concocted a 25-minute mixtape with producer and AFP cohort Nigel Godrich consisting of unreleased tracks, Radiohead and Liars remixes, solo material and more for UK magazine Dazed & Confused's latest issue. Atoms For Peace Release New Single, 'Default'

Atoms For Peace, the collective that includes Thom Yorke, producer Nigel Godrich and Flea, has released a new single, "Default," on iTunes today. The jittery, elegant track will officially come out on September 10 via XL Recordings. As a bonus for New Yorkers, Atoms For Peace will be DJing this Saturday, September 8, at MoMA PS1 in Queens as part of the museum's  "Warm Up" series.
