Arcade Fire have been teasing fans for weeks with details about their upcoming third album The Suburbs, set for release on August 3 on Merge. On Friday, the band published the album's 16-song tracklisting on their website.

With the release of Arcade Fire's third album The Suburbs right around the corner, the Montréal band has announced their first U.S. tour in three years this August, including a stop at New York's Madison Square Garden.

Arcade Fire Will Release The Suburbs In Early August

The Montreal band announce on their website that they will release their much-anticipated third album The Suburbs on August 3 in the States, August 2 elsewhere. You can see the album's artwork after the jump. Also, the first single off of the set, the 12-inch double A-side "The Suburbs/Month of May" is out today, May 27, after it debuted on BBC Radio 1 on May 26.
