It's hard to believe that Saturday, May 4, marks a year since the Beastie Boys' Adam Yauch passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Earler today, the Palmetto Playground on Columbia Street in Brooklyn Heights was officially named Adam Yauch Park in honor of the musician, filmmaker and humanitarian.
