Northside Festival Adds Body/Head, Majical Cloudz, Bleached And More

The Northside Festival has added Kim Gordon and Bill Nace's Body/Head, Majical Cloudz, Bleached, A Place To Bury Strangers, Chance the Rapper, Young Magic and a long list of other bands to a lineup that already includes The Walkmen, Son Volt, Swans, the reformed Black Flag (Greg Ginn and the Jealous Again lineup) and more. The festival takes place June 13-16 and FUV's The Alternate Side will co-present Lambchop's show on June 16.

New York's Freelance Whales started out playing on the streets and subway platforms of Brooklyn. They released thier debut album Weathervanes earlier this year (and will even make a surprise busk stop on occasion). You can find them playing for more than loose change at Webster Hall on December 15.
