First Listen: The Wytches, 'Annabel Dream Reader'

The British band borrows from the best to contextualize a sound that's at once heavy, sinister, tuneful and theatrical, piling on the fuzz and reverb until its songs practically foam at the mouth. Listen to The Wytches' Annabel Dream Reader streaming via WFUV and NPR Music prior to its release on August 26 on Partisan Records.

School Of Seven Bells Will Release A Final Benjamin Curtis Recording

Last December, School of Seven Bells guitarist and producer Benjamin Curtis died after a ten-month battle with T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Deheza is releasing the single tomorrow, June 24. The video for the School of Seven Bells' single, directed by Toby Halbrooks and Alan Del Rio Ortiz, will be released on June 25, but you can watch a preview of it now.
