TAS On FUV Halloween Show Promises Treats After A Tricky Week

It's been a bad, sad, scary week. And now it's Halloween — the official day of all things scary — and TAS on WFUV will try to brighten the mood, by the light of a glowing jack o'lantern, with a special Halloween show tonight, October 31, at 10 p.m. EDT.

TAS host Russ Borris promises he won't play Boris Pickett and the Crypt-Kickers either:

First, let me say that I hope all is well with you and yours during this trying time. Seems like we could use a little fun on the radio and that's what we've got planned for a Halloween night in NYC!

Let me assure you that this show will not include the "Monster Mash." Nope. Not what we do. Instead, expect to hear Nick Cave, Siouxsie and The Banshees, The Misfits, Roky Erickson, The Cure and more than a few surprises.

Really looking forward to a whole different kind of trick-or-treat tonight at 10!

— Russ
