Wild Nothing And Abe Vigoda Hit The Road

Jack Tatum's critically-acclaimed solo project Wild Nothing expands as a band for a wintery North American trek with Abe Vigoda, kicking off today, February 2, in Phoenix and reaching New York's Bowery Ballroom on February 13 with Minks also featured on the bill.

Wild Nothing released a much-praised album, Gemini, and an EP, Golden Haze, in 2010. Although Tatum hails from Blackburg, Virginia, Wild Nothing's music is replete with lush, dreamy, shoegazing soundscapes that are coyly drenched with a certain mid-80s Manchester sound melded with whispers of My Bloody Valentine.

Abe Vigoda, who toured with No Age last year, will be supporting their new album Crush which marked a substantial sonic change for the band, shifting from brash punk to a sleek, synth-powered dance vibe.
