Animal Collective Release Video For "Bluish"

Animal Collective has released a new, gently dreamy, appropriately blue-tinged video, replete with a comely dancer twirling like a whirling dervish, for their song "Bluish" off of 2009's Merriweather Park Pavilion.

In addition, the Guardian reports that Animal Collective will be joining Wilco's Glenn Kotche, Deerhoof, Andrew Bird, Juana Molina, Micachu and the Shapes and others for a covers and remix album of Congolese artists called Tradi-Mods Vs. Rockers: Alternative Takes on Congotronics. 

Artists covered and remixed include Konono No. 1 and Kasal Allstars. No word yet on when the double album will be released.
